No New Year Jitters



'Tis the season for planning, strategizing, and goal setting. Don't fall into the trap of putting unnecessary stress or pressure on yourself. Avoid comparing yourself to others. Don't beat yourself up for things you can't change (the past). Don't focus on what has or hasn't happened, what has or hasn't changed. Let your time of reflection be a source of motivation, inspiration, or encouragement, not discouragement. Let go of what you need to. Work in a way that works best for you. Even if this week hasn't gone the way you thought it would or you feel it should have so far, it's okay. Refocus, readjust, and get to work. You've got this!



Walk into this new year full of FAITH and expectancy!! No matter what has happened up until this moment, trust that God is good and He's in control. Move forward with focus & motivation. Believing that you are equipped with everything you need to be successful! Remembering that "it won't always make sense" and it doesn't have to!
